Self-Evaluated Multiple Choice Form
This form could be used for a quiz or an exercise that students evaluate on their own.
Once the user clicks the "evaluate answers" button, a message
appears listing the correct and incorrect answers. Those have been determined in the code, to allow only one correct answer per question.
The following is a calendar exercise, identifying the months in order.
